Kindergarten lessons focus on being adventurous eaters by pairing a food-related book with a healthy snack. Students practice identifying new fruits and vegetables, rating their preference, and using writing skills related to healthy foods. Our lessons focus on getting to know the MyPlate food guide and the five different food groups that comprise it.
